Global Program Manager (Cybersecurity)
Job Description Our Client is looking to bring on a local to Miami Florida Senior Technical Program Manager specializing in global scale cybersecurity projects within operational technology. This person will lead programs at a global level and drive deployments with a focus on shipboard operations. This person will have a strong background in full lifecycle projects with complete ownership related to cybersecurity for operational technology, maritime security, and delivery/deployments at a global scale (networks, reporting, USB scanners, backups, firewall hardening, remote access, compliance, engineering). The ideal candidate will come from the travel industry and have a high-level technological and enterprise level background with experience involving multiple large complex projects with multi-million-dollar budgets. This person will be an extremely strong communicator as they will be involved in day-to-day discussions with high level executives in board rooms on project/program status and will give executive presentations. This candidate will need to be able to collaborate and work across different types of teams, businesses, IT groups, and programs with a sense of navigating politics in their environment to drive programs forward efficiently and hold teams accountable. Skills and Requirements Over 15 years of experience as a technical IT Program Manager with a high-level background leading cybersecurity, and/or shipboard/travel industry projects  Strong PMO background/experience involving large global scale complex projects related to cybersecurity for operational technology, maritime security, and delivery/deployments at a global scale (networks, reporting, USB scanners, backups, firewall hardening, remote access, compliance, engineering)  Must be experienced with project artifacts and perform RFPs being a leader for program delivery  Must have strong global experience managing large teams and driving programs top down  Full lifecycle experience of projects including planning, scope, schedule, budget will manage and forecast budgets within enterprise level companies (GAAP/CapEx/OpEx)  Must come from an enterprise background leading multiple agendas and managing multi-million dollar budgets understand concepts of managing and owning projects and working with project development teams to deliver their pieces of capabilities  Experience managing multiple vendors and execution in their work  Experience with Waterfall and primarily with Agile projects/programs o Stressing the importance of soft people skills and communication for maximum program efficiency  MUST HAVE BE STRONG COMMUNICATOR with great personality (exciting, engaging, not shy) able to communicate clearly across leaders and executives hold people accountable to drive projects forward o Stressing the importance of soft people skills and communication for maximum program efficiency and understanding how to navigate political environment  Must have PMP Certification null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
