Your Role The Global Project Expert Healthcare is responsible for program management activities in support of the Healthcare vertical to include but not limited to: customer engagements, customer-facing activities, vertical support, and sales support. Specific emphasis to be placed on bringing Healthcare strategy to fruition, customer experience and organic growth of Healthcare customers. Your Responsibilities Work with the Global Healthcare Program Manager on delivering structured, organic growth with the National and Business Unit sales accounts. Liaise with the relevant Healthcare strategy workstream owners and stakeholders to ensure progress updates and content creation for internal and externalRoadmap 2026 communicationWork with the Healthcare Customer Advocacy Lead on Customer Experience demands and pipeline of customer engagements, In conjunction with the Customer Advocacy Lead, support Voice of Customer activities to ensure timely action, delivery and feedback is received across the Healthcare central team, KAM teams (sales), and Business Unit teamsIn collaboration with the Program Lead, partner with vertical leadership to shape communication strategy. This will include the internal community site, research and sharing of best practices, white paper development, external speakers/ content and aligning market intelligence to Healthcare customers (support sales driven customer advisory council meetings).Serve as a collaborative partner with global marketing and communications colleagues to align and develop a consistent vertical product and service stories that interject the detailed healthcare experience/ knowledge.Analyse and collect competitive information, market data as well as customer-specific needs to support the Healthcare vertical Develop strong relationships with relevant stakeholders (external and internal)Complete adhoc reviews as requested by stakeholdersSupport sales initiatives /sales with development opportunities for healthcare customersSupport on adhoc projects / initiatives based on need from Healthcare vertical team Your Skills and Experiences Logistics management experience in a large, fast moving environmentKnowledge and proven experience within a broad range of vertical topics (incl. supply chain)Proven business development track record (up and cross selling, solutions/consultative) Able to manage internal and external stakeholders Competitive in nature, will drive opportunities to a winFinancial and strategic management experience and commercial awarenessDrive, determination and a track record in delivering projectsAbility to influence, negotiate and deal with conflict successfullyExperience of working to agreed targetsAbility to work individually or as part of a teamAbility to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed mannerExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsGood communication skillsStrong organisation skillsAbility to achieve a high level of accuracy Analytical & problem solving skillsHigh attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skillsFlexible approach to working hours Good Reasons to Join At Kuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
