Overview This role is primarily responsible for leading the strategic vision and adoption of Gallagher’s HR Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Helpdesk programs – powered through Oracle HCM. This individual will manage large-scale, complex projects, training, and communication enabling HR to execute on global and local adoption of the Oracle Digital Assistant and Helpdesk technologies. In addition, the individual in this role will seek to mature our practices and improve operational efficiency leveraging technology and in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. Reporting to the Global HR Operations Leader, this role will be responsible for driving and supporting multiple projects and change management initiatives. How you'll make an impact Managing global projects which are complex or unique with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth transition into regular operations and support as well as contributing to change management and communication plans; Manages projects through key project phases & tollgates – including owning key stakeholder communication on project status progress, timeline, and risk mitigation in partnership with HR technical team; Partnering across various stakeholders in the business as well as across HR functions to gather key requirements and gain support for the change prior to release; Acts as key functional liaison between HR Operations/HRIS leadership, HR teams, and internal customers; Partners with HR leaders and project stakeholders on process definitions, workflows, and new support requirements; Determines scope of system or process requirements by evaluating organizational needs for human resources-related information with responsibility for related project management; Leads user acceptance testing and issue resolution in partnership with the HR technical team; Identifies areas for process improvement and drives projects in support of change; Facilitates problem-solving across departmental/organizational teams and vendors; Assists in develop training for processes and applications; Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business; Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives as well as provides regular project status updates to senior HR team. About You Required: Bachelors degree; Minimum of 8 years related experience supporting HR technologies and processes in project management capacity. Must have prior experience implementing and supporting Human Capital Management and ERP systems (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, reporting tools, etc.). Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects. Highly Preferred: Bachelor's degree; 6-7 years experience leading new/early talent development programs or related structured development programming. Ability to develop clear and concise written plans that present a compelling vision for the evolution of the program in line with the strategy. Excellent problem-solving skills utilizing data and structured methodologies. Above average verbal and written communication skills necessary. Previous experience with AI-driven models and helpdesk ticketing systems. Strong knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio or similar project management and process tools. Ability to communicate complex processes to all levels of leadership, aligning communication style to the needs of the customer. Excellent project management skills with ability to hold self and project resources accountable for deliverables. Adaptability and demonstrated ability to quickly shift gears from developing strategy & plans to dealing with operational matters. Exceptional project management skills. Adept with technology and learning new systems. Solid process engineering skills. Able to adapt to changing requirements and environment. Good customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills across different audiences. Highly motivated self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities, lead cross divisional teams and adapt to changing requirements and environment with limited oversight. Demonstrated strengths in design, development and delivery of high-impact talent solutions, and associated change management, to achieve business objectives. Has excellent presence and ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization as well as drive impact without direct authority.
