Global Project Manager Requistion ID: 6159 Location: Copenhagen, Danish Capital Region, DK **Global Project Manager (Maternity cover)** Do you want to be our next Global Project Manager (GPM)? Then join us and work closely together with a dedicated cross functional Global Project Team (GPT) and the Global Project Lead (GPL) to ensure successful pipeline progression of our innovative development projects from early development to loss of exclusivity. **Your new role** You will be instrumental in ensuring the global cross-functional planning and timely execution on strategy of several of our development projects and be the operational counterpart to the GPL.This means that you will: + Build global project plans and scenarios with the cross functional team and ensure progress + Ensure presentation content and readiness timely for governance endorsement meetings, project reviews and information meetings + Organize and participate in GPT meetings, ensure that goals and deliverables are defined and met + Be responsible for overall project budgets incl. identifying financial risks and challenge budget input in collaboration with finance + Keep oversight on project timelines, action points, critical issues and deadlines + Report on project high level information incl. monthly status progression + Ensure plans, actions and decisions are documented and transparent to the team **Your future team** As our new Global Project Manager, you will join a team of 18 highly motivated colleagues who take pride in creating value by serving people living with brain disease through strategic, operational, and transparent leadership of our projects and portfolio. The role is based at our headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen and is a 12 month maternity cover. **What you bring to the team** + You have 3+ Years project management experience working with various stakeholders to deliver cross-functional activities + You are pragmatic and have a progressive mindset with extensive cross cultural/functional collaboration skills + You hold an academic degree in science or similar and have 5+ years of experience from a large R&D organization, within the pharmaceutical industry/drug development + You have thorough experience working within either the clinical development, research, regulatory or CMC area + You understand the R&D value chain + You are structured and have a goal and result oriented mindset + You handle ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic and changing environment Your colleagues would describe you as curious, adaptable and accountable.
