Global QHSE Lead Job ID 187238 Posted 24-Oct-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management, Health and Safety/Environment, Workplace Strategy Location(s) Budapest - Budapest - Hungary **About the Role:** _The purpose of this position is to ensure Quality Compliance of the GxP services delivered by CBRE to the account and to support the HSE management at the Commercial Operations sites for both parties. This position is fully accountable of all the Quality Activities, performed under cGMP, carried out across the sites within the cluster. This role ensures all CBRE employees/subcontractors are qualified for the work they are performing. Lastly, this position is responsible for ensuring all master service agreement and quality agreement deliverables are executed per those respective contract terms._ The Global Quality and HSE Lead is member of the account Leadership Team and participates to account HSE and quality strategies, including but not limited to governance and reporting processes, internal training and Quality culture aspects. **Major Accountabilities / Tasks:** + Ensures customer Quality & Compliance for GxP services and HSE services delivered across all sites in scope of the contract. + Client interface and focal point for Quality and HSE Globally for the account portfolio + The Global Quality and HSE Lead is the process owner (full accountability) for HSE and GxP Performance & Governance, Audits/Self-Inspection programs, Vendor Management and Training management and to nurture a QHSE Culture in all CBRE teams involved (via programs measured for efficiency) + Timely Quality and HSE reporting in a compliant and standardized manner + Provide guidance and practical expertise on all matters related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment, ensuring there is appropriate day-to-day support and guidance and bring continuous improvement into owned processes + To appoint and co-ordinate with account-based Safety Champions and liaise with CBRE HSE Management as required. + Management of mid-size team (0-10 FTEs) of Quality and HSE Specialists, Associate Managers and/or Managers. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Additional certifications as required by the local authority. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
