JR71369 Global Quality (Assembly and Test) - Process Control Systems EngineerMicron Technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Control Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a ATCQ PCS Engineer at AT(Assembly and Test) Quality Engineering Team, Micron Technology, Inc., you will be required to work with Manufacturing Sites and Central teams for Advanced Process Control improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and willing to learn how we design, develop, and implement process control systems to optimize manufacturing operations.Understand the documentation for process control systems, including design specifications, operating procedures, and maintenance manuals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions.Monitor and analyze process data to ensure system performance and identify areas for enhancement.Champion maintenance of existing process control systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for process control systems and related Process Variation sources.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in process control technology to recommend and implement best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Masters in Statistics/Mathematics.0-2 years of experience in process control systems engineeringExperience with process control software and tools, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and DCS platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred QualificationsProficient in programming languages such as Python, or visualization tools like Tableau/Powerbi or similar.Experience with advanced process control techniques and methodologies, such as model predictive control (MPC) or statistical process control (SPC).Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.Certification in process control engineering or a related discipline.About Micron Technology, Inc.
