Location: Remote
Hours/Schedule: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
Type: Contract

Overview
A leading CPG company is seeking a Global Quality CAPA Specialist to join their team. This is your chance to make a significant impact in quality management while supporting a wide array of iconic household products that consumers love.

Responsibilities Performing as a backup to the Global CAPA system lead as required with primary responsibilities initially for developing, reviewing, reporting, and analyzing data from the global event management system. Responsible for compiling data for weekly and monthly reports using both the Agile system and the Power BI dashboard. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insightful analysis and trend reporting to enhance quality management.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in science or mathematics 2-4 years of experience in quality management, with a strong focus on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) Proven hands-on experience executing CAPAs Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI Knowledge of ISO Standards highly preferred Experience with project coordination/management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead CAPA meetings
