About the role:
The role is critical to fulfilling the company's ambitions in terms of quality, more specifically in the area of Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Food Safety and Traceability.
Key responsibilities:
Global Standardization: Standardize and improve quality processes across departments worldwide.
Performance Enhancement: Strengthen the quality function by building reliable data sources and reporting tools.
Process Digitization: Digitize and streamline processes, ensuring they are simple, transparent, and based on KPIs and SLAs.
Project Leadership: Lead projects that transform quality management to be more proactive, customer-focused, and efficient.
Technology Roadmap: Define the vision, roadmap, and deliverables for key software applications used in quality management.
Community Building: Develop expert networks within the quality organization to share best practices and ensure continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, to align goals and ensure smooth project execution.
Global Interaction: Engage with global teams and regions to ensure alignment and drive best practices in quality management.
Limited Travel: Global role with less than 10% travel required.
About you:
10+ years of experience, including significant project work or project management. Operational experience in a food environment (quality, R&D, or operations). Experience in an industrial production setting. Familiarity with IT tools such as SAP, MS Office, and GSuite is a strong asset. Expertise in project management. Exceptional root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to differentiate between core and detailed information. Proficient in structuring, processing, and analyzing data with a focus on internal customer needs. Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective across different continents and cultures. Ability to influence without hierarchical power and navigate conflicting priorities. Calm, mature, and professional demeanor. Patient and approachable. Self-motivated and disciplined. High level of integrity. Passionate about the role. Optimistic with a strong drive for improvement and resilience in challenging situations.
