Job Title: Global QA Event/CAPA Coordinator
Location: Princeton onsite candidate  preferred, potential for remote
Shift: M-F 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Type: Contract (1 year)
Pay Range: $45-$50/hour -depending upon experience

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in science or mathematics 2-4 years of experience in quality management, with a strong focus on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) Proven hands-on experience executing CAPAs, not just overseeing them Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Suite Knowledge of ISO standards is highly preferred Strong project coordination/management skills or certification is highly sought after Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead CAPA meetings

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Global CAPA System Lead by developing, reviewing, and analyzing data within the global event management system, particularly for non-conformances and CAPA trends across multiple sites Generate and compile data for weekly and monthly reports using both the Agile system and Power BI dashboard Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insightful analysis and trend reporting to enhance quality management
