Global Real Estate Planner

Are you looking for new challenges and opportunities at a multinational company? This position provides lease management support, tracking and issue resolution, advice, guidance and implementation, including lease database management, lease set up and payments. Ensuring tracking spreadsheets are maintained and key dates highlighted. Provide support to regional teams and individuals with regards to office strategy tracking, oversight and support, work extensively across EMEA, APAC, and AMER regions. 

Ad hoc global travel may be required to support our global Real Estate projects as needed!

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead lease administration through Lease Harbor minimizing errors, processing time, and ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support office strategy projects by handling the project tracker and ensuring tasks are completed on time. Build strong relationships with key partners to support our global office strategy, HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal etc. Ensure close inter-departmental communication and ensuring lease payments / issues are resolved in time. Responsible for keeping up to date quarterly Lease Spreadsheet. Track/update Google address when closing, moving, or opening T&M Offices. Support for Sign in Enterprise (Traction Guest) and Office Space implementation. Responsible for creating the lease/office strategy project vendors in the system. Point of contact with landlord, when setting up issues are raised and BPO information is required. Work closely with finance teams to ensure timely production of purchase orders and processing of invoices/payments. Analyze and optimize the flow chart and SOPs of the real estate processes. Support global office strategy project budget tracking.  Ensure the Insurance master site list and associated details are up to date with any T&M site change.

  For This Role, You Will Need: 2-3 years’ experience within a global / geographically dispersed team, real estate planning, project management. Bachelor's degree, an advanced degree or equivalent experience with direct experience. Good business communication skills both verbal and written in local language and English. Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner management skills. Ability to work independently, excellent time management, ability to multi-task and prioritizing accordingly to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
