Purpose of the position
The Hiab Recruitment team consists of recruiters based in Bulgaria, USA and Poland. Its mission is to deliver best-in-class recruitment and candidate sourcing for all of Hiab globally.
The Global Recruitment Manager is accountable for developing a best in class recruitment strategy and process, and providing leadership of the end-to-end recruitment process including design, implementation, and day-to-day team management.
Key accountabilities:
Develops and leads the implementation of a global best in class recruitment process across Hiab Leads the development and implementation of our recruitment policy, ensures recruitment practices are compliant with policies and legal requirements, and meet business priorities such as workforce restructuring and reduction Identifies key sourcing strategies for recruiters using expert knowledge of labour market, competition, and external within a country/sub-region to drive quality hires Subject matter expert on recruitment process, policy & systems; frequently coaches recruiters on functionality, including complex system actions. Develops recruiters to be aligned with best-in-class Recruiter profile (training and development) Facilitates collaboration across Hiab to ensure the recruitment process delivers top-quality results, and develops relationships with key stakeholders, solicits ongoing regular feedback to drive recruitment performance and quality of hiring Develops and drives interview trainings and a Hiab recruitment bar raiser concept for HR and people managers Implements thorough approach to selection throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure that the very best person is hired into all positions Drives greater career movements across Hiab by monitoring & coaching recruiters to pro-actively source from Hiab's internal talent pool; provides insight on the country/sub-region talent pool to both recruiters, HR and business leaders Maximises the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs, thereby reducing time, and cost to hire and increasing quality of candidates and employee engagement (ahead of curve on marketplace and market trending) Owns recruitment KPIs around time-to-fill, customer satisfaction, and candidate experience Driving system development, identifying and implementing improvement needs/new functionalities Supports Employer Branding activities Sets overall program initiatives, allocates financial and human capital for programs and projects, and ensures timely and effective delivery of recruitment and recruitment programs Owns and maintains the recruitment vendor list Drives proactive search best practices within recruitment team Main point of contact for employment-focused social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed etc) Supports the design and implementation phase of the People Technology roadmap for the Recruitment module (HRIS) and/or the ATS Supports and manages recruitment of business critical leadership positions (proactive and/or confidential search) Responsible for the Hiab total recruitment budget and cost management and analyses
