Global Regulatory Sample Coordinator 

 

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

 

Global management and on time delivery of necessary registration samples including but not limited to active pharmaceutical ingredients, placebos, technical materials like HPLC columns and filters, in addition to finished products, accompanying documentation such as certificates of analysis, certificates of origin and material data sheets and reference standards.The planning involves knowledge of regulatory requirements in the target countries – working in close collaboration with Local Regulatory Affairs Managers - and compliance aspects for import/export and shipping to these countries such as layout, shelf life, amount, language, storage conditions, special transport obligations, GMP, packaging, invoicing, etc.The Global Regulatory Sample Coordinator will work with SAP and regulatory databases, such as Veeva Vault for planning and ordering purposes, and will be in close contact with the manufacturing sites for finished good productions.The Global Regulatory Sample Coordinator will review and optimize processes related to sample management and is accountable for the allocated sample management budget, ensuring cost effective providers for services such as shipping,via proactive vendor allocation and oversight.The Global Regulatory Sample Coordinator will also be responsible for other related activities, ensuring seamless delivery of Global Regulatory Operations objectives, across Bayer Consumer Health.

 

 

Who you are?

 

• University degree (Bachelor) or alternatively vocational training with several years of professional experience (preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain)

• Experience in supply-chain-management or logistics in the pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Health industry

• Sound knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes

• Experience in regulatory process or additional life science degree preferred

• Strong skillset in handling databases such as SAP P2R, as well as Word and Excel

• Ability to work accurately and independently, with a problem solving and results driven approach

• Ability to structure and simplify complex tasks

• Excellent attention to detail supported by developed analytical, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Willingness to work in an international environment

• Customer and team orientation.
