Global Relationship Manager

The NBFI Global Relationship Manager serves as the go-to advisor for acquiring, retaining, growing developing business relationships with non-banking financial institutions such as insurance companies, asset management firms, microfinance institutions, leasing companies, etc. The Relationship Manager for Non-Banking Financial Institutions will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients in the NBFI sector. This role requires the development and implementation of tailored financial solutions that meet the needs of NBFI clients while ensuring compliance with internal risk management policies and regulatory requirements.

As our Global Relationship Manager, you will build existing customer relationships and secure new, long-term relationships with customers, coherent with HSBC’s strategy to be the Leading International Bank. In addition, you will own customer engagement, ensuring service excellence throughout all aspects of the process. You will also lead, inspire and motivate junior colleagues to ensure flawless relationship management service is delivered.

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $257500 and $171700.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
