By equipping the brightest minds with the best resources available, we provide an invaluable edge in real estate. **Role:** We are in search of a highly skilled and proactive Program Manager to oversee our global corporate mobility and relocation program. As an integral member of our team, you will be tasked with overseeing all facets of the relocation process, ensuring a seamless transition for our new hires and employees. You will oversee the evaluation, development, implementation and execution of mobility programs and services in support of the organization’s talent management strategy. This includes employee short- and long-term transfers and assignments, new-hire domestic and international relocation and country entry support. Our people vision and strategy are aligned with CoStar Group’s overall business objectives, and at its core is centered on attracting, retaining, and developing diverse talent in the communities that we operate within. **Key responsibilities and learning opportunities include:** **Personalized Relocation Planning:** Collaborate closely with leaders to understand their unique needs, preferences, and requirements for the relocation process. **Destination Services:** Conduct thorough research and provide comprehensive information about the new town, including housing options, schools, healthcare facilities, local amenities, and cultural attractions. **Logistics Management:** Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of the move, such as transportation, temporary housing, and storage solutions, to ensure a seamless transition. **Vendor Coordination:** Partner with relocation service providers, real estate agents, moving companies, and other vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and adherence to timelines. **Compliance and Legalities:** Stay informed about local regulations, immigration processes, and legal requirements related to leadership relocations, ensuring full compliance. **Cultural Integration:** Provide support and resources to help leaders and their families integrate into the new community, fostering a sense of belonging. **Expense Management:** Oversee budgeting and expense tracking for relocation services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency. **Policy Management:** Develop, maintain and optimize corporate relocation and mobility policies and ensure they are best-in-class. **Continuous Communication:** Maintain open and clear communication with leaders, addressing any concerns or challenges promptly and proactively. **Basic Qualifications** **:** + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not for profit university or college  + 5+ years of vendor management experience + 2+ years relocation program management experience + Track record of commitment to previous employers + Experience managing vendor relationships + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills + Familiarity with relocation laws, policies, and procedures + Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** **:** + 5+years of community leadership experience + Certified Relocation Professional designation **What’s** **in it for you?  **   When you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.   We offer you generous compensation and performance-based incentives.
