Global Rewards Specialist

Job Summary: 
The Global Rewards Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing various Total Rewards programs and processes, including job grading, benchmarking, compensation plans, and global mobility coordination. This position ensures equitable and competitive compensation practices across all regions through the annual compensation cycle.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Job architecture and job grading: Maintain job architecture, evaluate and grade positions using established methodology, and educate stakeholders on job catalogue and grading.

Salary benchmarking: Manage benchmarking processes, coordinate global salary surveys, analyze market data, and recommend salary structure adjustments.

Annual compensation cycle: Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases and incentive plan payouts.

Global mobility: Coordinate global mobility activities, ensuring compliance with policies and legal regulations, and provide advice on mobility policies.

Continuous improvement: Enhance stakeholder knowledge, contribute to process optimization, and collaborate with People Digitalization teams on data quality and effectiveness.

Stakeholder engagement and market research: Work with People function teams, business leaders, and external consultants, and conduct market research on compensation practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related role.

Proven experience in job grading, benchmarking, and compensation analysis, preferably on a global scale.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Workday is an advantage.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and project management skills.

Strong business acumen and effective collaboration within teams.

Results-oriented, practical, and excellent at analyzing complex data and presenting insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
