Do you have a solid background in patient safety and clinical development? Do you want to be part of an innovative science team aiming to develop transformative therapies for the treatment of brain diseases?
If so, you could be our new Safety Lead in Global Medical Safety!
Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
As Global Safety Lead you will be strategically managing safety surveillance and risk minimisation activities for an assigned compound/product(s). You will be responsible for setting the direction for safety evidence generation and risk minimisation, for planning and interpretation of safety data analyses, benefit-risk assessments, and providing medical-scientific input to regulatory documents. You will chair the cross-functional Safety Committee(s) which have the mandate to set and, where relevant, change the overall safety evidence generation and risk management strategy for the respective compound/product. Thus, you will be working independently as well as in collaboration with various stakeholders and team members. This requires establishment of network within the R&D organisation, staying abreast of developments in neuroscience and patient safety fields, and adhering to the highest quality and ethical standards.
