Global Sales Incentive Compensation Planning Manager

The Sales Incentive Compensation Strategic Planning Manager is the key liaison between Global Incentive Compensation and the Sales Organizations, along with all other key partners that make the sales compensation strategic design possible including Finance, Sales Operations, HR and Compensation Administration. This position’s core mission is becoming the Business Trusted advisor while ensuring the business goals and challenges are understood to lead the sales incentive planning process with all parties and reach to strategic sales incentive solutions that align to the business and the company's core mission.  

5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Strategy, Sales Incentive Compensation Planning. BA/BS career, preferably in Sales Operations, Business Management. Ability to establish strategic relationships with executive business partners. Enjoys working with the Sales Organizations and has the ability to reach to solutions that may require compromising, negotiation and conflict management. Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment. Translates sophisticated situations into simple statements. High attention to detail while not losing the big picture. Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Enjoys learning and working independently while also thrives on a team environment. Quickly absorbs and adapts to change.
