Overview
Use commercial expertise and the ability to collaborate across the organization to lead a global team of sales professionals to exceed revenue and profitability targets for the in-line inspection market and grow this market segment as the company migrates towards advanced technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provides global sales leadership and overall coordination of sales within the global Pipeline Integrity business line. Establishes and maintains an ongoing, effective key/target account program that provides management with measurable goals, objectives, strategies, tactics and other information on selected key/target account customers by sales territory and sales areas to ensure a consistent and effective working relationship is achieved.Establishes effective plans and actions to achieve results related to commercialization of new technology and services.Serves as part of global business line leadership team in participation and coordination to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.Develops and implements sales strategies, pricing recommendations and programs to ensure achievement of annual revenue and direct margin forecast.Establishes and maintains awareness of competitor product/service pricing, delivery and competitive actions, and recommends changes to maintain a competitive market position.Team leadership - Selects, manages, evaluates, motivates, and develops employees to ensure a high performing team necessary to meet company objectives. Leads continuous improvement process within the team.Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree.5+ years experience managing people in commercial roles globallyWork experience in the pipeline industry.Ability to travel up to 50% of time without restrictions including air travel and local driving. Must hold or be willing to obtain International passport.Proven track record of successfully managing a P/L.Proven ability to collaborate and influence across the organization to drive improvement in processes and align on sales strategies.
