**Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator - Paid Weekly!**
**Location:** Chandler, AZ
**Rate:** $24.00-$27.00/hour
At Securitas, on-site Security Officers are the foundation of our organization. Our Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments, help safeguard people, property, and information.
The Security Operations Center Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. Our SOC Operator positions are highly sought after. If you have experience in roles like Call Center Representative, Dispatch or Camera Monitoring this is a great fit for you; if not, this is an exciting introduction to a career in the security industry.

**Position Requirements:**
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Must have a reliable means of communication
+ Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private)
+ H.S. diploma or G.E.D.
+ 1 year of security-related training or experience sufficient to meet the requirements of the assigned site, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, as determined by the company
+ 1-3 years of experience in a security operations center setting, Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) experience preferred but not required
+ Must be highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced organization: coordinate and manage multiple tasks
+ Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
+ Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to include executives and or C level dealership
+ Ability to think clearly during high stress periods
+ Flexibility and ability to work on a designated shift pattern as part of a 24/7 operation, along with a willingness to assist the team with overtime as needed
+ Good working knowledge of security systems for access control, CCTV systems, badging systems, alarm monitoring systems, etc.
