The Global Services FPA Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for:
Financial Planning Analysis support for forecast and actuals cycles (variance explanations, financial reporting and closing processes, headcount tracking) for a specific functionLead the preparation of presentation materials for forecast updates and quarterly results packages to business partnersEnsure consistency in approach across all APAC sites (Manila, Suzhou, LGS) in close partnership with APAC Global Functions FPA teamAdminister financial policies and control procedures, and monitor the implementation of sound internal controlsOther closing and reporting activities for GS Manila Ad hoc global and regional initiativesAbout Johnson Johnson

REQUIRED:
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experienceExcellent oral, written and communication skills and fluent in EnglishAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)Willing to work on hybrid set-upPROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skillsHighly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record, dealing with ambiguity, and intellectual curiosityInnovates and effects continuous improvement, challenges status quo, and has a strong interest in automationSuccessful experience of working with virtual teamsPREFERRED:
