Job Description SummaryThe Global Service Growth GM plays a key leadership role in driving and accelerating $6.5B service growth through service value proposition enhancement, service offering development, digital service ecosystem and commercial intensity improvement across regions, customer segments and sales/delivery channels.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Lead and drive culture changes with external customers and internal sales/service delivery teams to transform global services offerings/value propositions from traditional break-fix excellence to world class digital Asset Performance Management, Clinical Performance Management, Continuity life cycle solutions, and Smart Subscription/SaaS offerings with continuous hardware, software, operating systems, and cyber security updates/upgrades, reliability and predictability based on machine data, AI analytics/insights, and real time/easy to use mobile applications

Provide End to End strategic leadership for commercial activation of customer facing service products and corresponding contract & on demand offerings to increase GE HealthCare service contract capture rate/market share and revenue generation/per IB, improve warranty conversion, contract renewal, and win back rate, reduce $0 sockets, and enable accelerated growth in targeted regions, customer segments or commercial channels, from point of equipment sale, to mid life IB, from premium to value products and segments.

Work closely with segment teams, collect and prioritize new service introduction and improvement requirements from region customers and commercial teams based on customer value, industry trend, competitive landscape, growth dynamics, speed to market, technical roadmap and return of investment

Drive effective commercial activation strategies to maximize resource utilization and growth outcome by identifying region best practices, integrating various customer facing service products and offerings in region for region, working with other global product leaders and region commercial/operation leaders, driving global data visibility, digital platform/tool scalability, digital ecosystem integration, and process standardization

Drive commercial intensity and IB life cycle management process improvement with segment and region teams, including IB intelligence and analytics with ServiceSuite, IB targeting & funnel management with SFDC for POS, warranty conversion, contract renewal, upgrades, continuity, digital; fleet offerings with strategic accessories; IB retention/replacement with improved M7/M8 EOGS customer communication & sales campaign processes.

Drive effective communication with global and region service and commercial leadership and teams, including development of standard T&C, commercial playbook, organization of global/region op mech and Workout, annual preparation of growth strategy and operating plans, and issue resolution for quarterly revenue recognition.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Product management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field 15+ years’ progressive leadership experience in product development, product management, service delivery, service sales or related fieldStrong leadership skills to influence cross functional and global teamsStrong leadership skills to shape growth vision and Go to Market strategyStrong leadership skills to drive culture changes and process improvementStrong interpersonal skills to work with customers and frontline sales/service delivery teamsStrong oral and written communications skillsStrong program execution skillsStrong strategic mind and clear thinker

Desired Characteristics

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $188,000.00-$282,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
