What You'll Do

The Global Services (GS) Business Services & HR team partners with our Global Functions, local and regional operations, and our business partners, to deliver a smooth day-to-day operation across GS. Together, we are focused on service excellence, and business acumen while promoting a positive people experience for >3,000 employees. Reporting into the Executive Director for Global Services HR and Business Services, you and your team will take ownership for driving & executing on Talent Partner activities and leading a portfolio of projects and innovation initiatives.

 

Within the Talent Partner remit, you will own the direct line management for a newly established team who are primarily responsible for:

Supporting the implementation and improvement of our ‘Perform Develop Grow’ cultureDriving cyclical performance topics for Global BST staff such as our CDCs & SDCs, ensuring performance rating calibrations and cyclical compensation reviews are facilitated in a fair and consistent way, in line with the firm’s performance principles and guardrailsOverseeing the promotion pipeline and process for our Global BST teamsUsing key metrics to create awareness, identify and assess needs and drive strategic decision making on related topicsWorkforce management topics including FTE management, approvals and analysisSupporting HR Business Partners with talent reviews and the execution of talent management initiatives to support employees’ growth and contribute to our organization’s successSupporting Global initiatives and projects as required, e.g., projects relating to career development and framework initiatives

 

Working cross-functionally as a common thread across groups to set strategy, you will own direction and approach for various project, change initiatives and process improvements by:

Creating roadmaps and implementation plansDefining, managing and controlling project scopeParticipating and taking leadership role in estimating functional and technical activities where appropriateDeveloping detailed project and resources plans, balancing dependencies and setting predicable datesManaging all aspects of the project, including requirements, design, development priorities, quality assurance, communications, training, deployment, and stabilization

What You'll Bring

10-15 years of applicable experienceMBA or Masters degree in HR, Operations, Finance, Strategy or related discipline preferredTrack record of successful change and project management to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across global organizations. Managing the technical and cultural aspects of changeExperience at BCG or other professional services firm in a business partnership role is beneficialStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and appetite to leverage more progressive digital tools for work process and teamingExperience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential. Global/International experience and track record of managing teams and projects across bordersExperience managing teams and stakeholders, and an orientation towards achieving resultsVirtual work with international team members, some travel to support team or other work efforts
