Our Global Services (GS) HR team has an opportunity for an established Senior Director to join our HR Business Partnering team. As a GS HR Senior Director, you will serve as a strategic business partner and primary point of contact for the leadership team members of our Human Resources and People function, driving the talent and workforce strategy for the People function. You will facilitate functional organizational change: assessing, developing and enabling the necessary organizational programs aligned with business strategy and objectives. You will be responsible for designing and operationalizing user-friendly plans and programs that support a “best place to work environment” and maximizes employee engagement. You will be able to demonstrate a significant understanding of organizational design and development, utilizing analytics, project management and communication skills to translate business strategy into talent solutions to increase overall organizational capabilities, culture, talent and operational efficiencies.
You will:
Serve as a key advisor to the People Leadership Team, Global People Chair and other People leaders as a key business partner to develop strategic and tactical approaches for all areas of the People function
Ensure effective strategic workforce planning for the People function including capacity, talent, organizational and change strategies. Collaborate to develop robust talent management plans to attract retain, develop & engage talent in critical roles
Acting as a catalyst for change, guide and direct organizational design, development and change management solutions implementation
Operate as a key business adviser and subject matter expert to the People function through business knowledge, relationship management and proactive interventions
Demonstrate the ability to understand business goals and market trends and leverage this insight to recommend and influence new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
Coach senior leaders on complex leadership issues incl. development, talent performance
Ensure teams responsible for execution of necessary BAU operations including workforce management, talent reviews, year-end processes, compensation and more for the function deliver the highest quality
Develop and use analytics and trend analysis to help shape and influence HR strategies to support business objectives
Drive employee engagement & retention plans for the businesses, including assessment, analysis & facilitation of plans to address turnover and workforce issues
Partner with other functions & internal resources to execute on initiatives & client specific programsYOU’RE GOOD AT

What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Design & Development, Business Administration or other related field is required; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of relevant experience working in a global and matrixed environment, providing guidance and influence to Senior level/Executive leadership team members
Strong knowledge of performance management, talent development, using data and compensation management
Consulting skills that can be applied to problem solving with excellent analytical skills and the ability to influence company leaders (strong excel skills, deck writing, comms…)
