Global Services Product Manager, Protein Research

The Global Service Product Manager, Protein Research for Cytiva owns the portfolio of equipment service offerings for Cytiva protein research customers. They are responsible for driving service revenue growth for this portfolio coming from service contracts, billable repair and maintenance services, equipment qualification and calibration, and the provisioning of spare parts. The successful candidate will also partner with the Cytiva commercial organization to increase service contract market share and developing innovative offerings to better support our customers. This position is part of the Equipment Services business unit and will report into the Equipment Services Senior Director for Product Management. What you will do: + Design and execute strategies to increase the share of Cytiva protein research hardware that is covered by service contracts around the world + Launch new equipment service offerings to grow revenue and operating profit in the protein research market segment + Partner with the Cytiva Protein Research hardware business leadership to ensure best possible customer experience throughout the lifecycle of the customer's experience with Cytiva hardware + Contribute to the operational success of the Equipment Services business unit by driving programs to improve service delivery for Protein Research hardware Who you are: + Bachelor’s degree or higher + 5+ years experience in a commercial, marketing, or product management position + Proven experience driving projects in a matrixed environment + Demonstrated success in product development and launch + Managed and allocated a budget in line with organizational goal It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Use of a Danaher Business Systems commercial tool such as Launch Excellence, Customer-Centric Product Definition, or Growth Room + Experience in equipment services or a business with a strong contract annuity contribution + While managerial experience is not required, it is preferred This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
