Your work will include, but not be limited to: + Conducting qualitative and quantitative research. + Collecting data and information from various sources such as public databases, financial reports, surveys, etc. + Analyzing data using statistical tools and analytical methods. Interpreting data sets and identifying trends, patterns, and insights that are relevant to the company's goals and requirements. + Preparing detailed reports and presentations that will summarize relevant and informative findings and analysis. + Providing insights based on data analysis that will provide support to department decision-making processes. + Working closely with other departments to understand their research and information needs and assisting with decision-making that is backed by data. + Managing research projects from conception to completion and ensuring they are delivered on time. The qualifications. + Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. + 2-6 years of relevant experience in a research analyst role. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in software’s like Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of tools like Tableau will be a plus. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Attention to accuracy and detail. + Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. + Time management skills and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
