As the Global HR Solutions Architect, you are the functional expert responsible for end-to-end solutions and processes connected with HR tools. You collaborate and act as a trusted advisor towards Business Leaders, HR professionals, and IT teams translating their architectural design into systems, governance and policies while adhering the HR operating model. You manage changes from an end-to-end perspective, including the impact assessment on the process, ways of working and Philips integrated landscape. You actively contribute to projects such as deploying our major reorganizations, new tooling deployments, operating model changes and system compliance. Your aim is to develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization, with a focus on HR technology innovation and the vision, journey, and roadmap for HR solutions.
You are responsible for
Collaborating with HR and IT teams to identify business requirements and develop technology solutions that support HR functions within the Integrated People Service team, utilizing prime platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, ADP payroll, and Cornerstone on demand,
Translating the strategy into the processes and ways of working, that align with the HR solutions vision, journey and roadmap, and are integrated with existing prime platforms,
Providing technical guidance and support to HR and IT teams during the implementation and maintenance of HR technology solutions,
Analyzing HR processes, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and HR technology innovation, managing the best practice implementation,
Ensuring proper embedding and further leveraging of HR stack functionality within HR Solutions landscape. This includes continuously improving IT / HR relationship,
Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to HR technology solutions.

You are part of a Global Integrated People Service Team. This role is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You report into the Head of Integrated People Services.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Education Background in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field,
5+ years of experience in HR, with expertise in prime platforms such as Workday - as a must, ServiceNow, ADP payroll, and Cornerstone on demand - as a preference,
Technical skills enabling to analyze and discuss the solutions in the designing process, particularly within the prime platform used,
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences,
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business partners,
Experience building and implementing the HR solutions vision, journey, and roadmap for an organization, and promoting HR-TECH solutions within the Business and HR.
