**Summary:**
The Meta Global Solutions Partner (GSP) role provides an opportunity to work with the world's largest global advertisers: leading key strategic global relationships and work streams with client and agency teams, providing platform and product expertise, media and measurement strategy and identifying innovative and revenue driving opportunities.
**Required Skills:**
Global Solutions Partner Responsibilities:
1. Partner with Global Client Lead on strategic roadmapping and global business plan implementation across client & agency relationships at all levels. Focus includes revenue acceleration, driving Product Solution adoption and best practices, and managing co-investment bonus for the partnership.
2. Lead media best practices, strategy, & measurement learnings and optimization.
3. In partnership with Marketing Science, lead the global Learning Agenda and ensure alignment and scale throughout Meta and Client organization.
4. Demonstrated experience in Meta Products and Solutions and analyze data and insights to guide strategy and adoption.
5. Translate complex data analysis into simple language and use it to influence decision making.
6. Partner with regional and local sales teams to ensure all teams are aligned on the account priorities and provide the highest service levels to the clients and agencies.
7. Enable knowledge exchange across the account with clients and with Meta cross-functional team, global, regional and local teams.
8. Partner with XFNs including Marketing Science, Product, Solutions Engineering and other orgs within Meta.
9. Lead, build and manage relationships with clients and media agency partners and their teams.
10. Develop best-in-class capability building programs at the client and the agency that empower regions and local markets to drive optimal solution adoption at scale.
11. Support with de-bugging of platform issues, questions and solution mapping.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

13. 8+ years of experience in technical field, marketing or media.
14. Experience leading multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
15. Experience with Excel, advanced skills in analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
16. Problem solving experience.
17. Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing executives (internally and externally).
18. A clear and succinct communicator. Effective communication skills on complex topics to all audiences.
19. Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the interest to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

20. BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field.
21. Experience as a Meta user and knowledge of Meta’s ad products.
22. Experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends.
23. Experience or understanding of CPG, Food and Beverages Industry
**Public Compensation:**
$107,000/year to $171,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
