As a Global Strategic Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the execution of our global marketing strategy. Your role will encompass the development and implementation of strategic projects, global strategies, and marketing plans to ensure their successful global rollout.
What You Will Do:
Strategic Development: Create and implement a compelling global market strategy to secure our target market position. Global Alignment: Drive cohesion across regional teams for strategic marketing initiatives and new business development. Market Positioning: Execute key initiatives to enhance Lubrizol’s market presence and sustain above-market growth. Market Insights: Identify product gaps and customer needs to influence our innovation roadmap. Value Proposition: Strengthen the positioning of our existing portfolio based on consumer insights. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, business development, and sales teams to ensure a robust pipeline and successful project execution. Industry Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends and maintain essential external relationships. Product Launches: Collaborate with the Product Management team on global launch strategies to achieve financial and growth objectives. Portfolio Management: Oversee and influence product management decisions to align with business strategy and profitability targets.Skills That Make A Difference:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline; MBA (or equivalent) from an accredited institution is plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing within the medical and/or chemical industry. Travel: Willingness to travel globally (20-25%). Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities. Creative Marketing: Strong creative marketing skills and capabilities. Project Leadership: Experience leading innovation pipeline projects.
