As a Global Commodity Manager, Indirect, you will engage business budget owners to drive short-term and long-term sourcing activities, including strategic sourcing projects, contract management, supplier negotiations, and relationship building. Your efforts will drive cost savings, enhance supplier and budget performance, and ensure seamless procurement operations globally. The scope of this role includes indirect spend categories such as Marketing, MRO, IT/Telecom, Real Estate, Travel, Automobile, Utilities, HR, Business Services, and may include CAPEX projects.

What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership: Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and integrate them effectively into the organization. Partner with global functional leaders to drive cost-saving projects across all indirect categories. Develop and align category strategies to meet evolving business objectives.Supplier Management: Build and maintain robust supplier relationships to ensure continuous improvement in quality, delivery, cost, and service. Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Monitor and hold suppliers accountable for performance levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Veralto and other Operating Companies to design and execute strategic initiatives. Foster internal partnerships across key functions, including Operations, HR, Marketing, Sales, R&D, Legal, and Corporate Procurement, to drive procurement excellence.Operational Excellence: Lead supplier transitions to competitive global suppliers, ensuring uninterrupted material and service availability. Utilize web-based procurement tools and online bidding platforms to achieve performance objectives. Champion continuous process improvement initiatives within procurement operations.Market Insights: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global market conditions impacting assigned categories. Use data-driven insights to defend and refine sourcing strategies.Who You Are:

Required Qualifications:

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $96,700.00 - $132,900 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
