Bonded together, we share a commitment to integrity, vigilance, and excellence. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Global Supply Chain Audit Programme Lead to oversee our global supply chain audit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive audit programme that ensures compliance, identifies risks, and drives continuous improvement throughout our client's global supply chain operations. The audit team will assess key processes of suppliers related to physical security, logistics, technology, cost reduction and sustainability performance. With a deep understanding of supply chain processes and risks, as well as auditing standards and practices, the Programme Lead will play a critical role in maintaining our client's reputation and operational excellence. Due to the requirement to conduct both virtual and onsite audits, there will be significant global travel within the role. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (in office/remote). **Essential Functions:** + Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. + Develop and lead the execution of a strategic plan for global supply chain audits, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with relevant laws and regulations + Manage and mentor a team of supply chain auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and professional growth. + Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to conduct thorough and timely audits across various locations and functions. + Drive the adoption of best practices and process improvements based on audit results and industry trends. + Review and analyse audit findings, presenting detailed reports and actionable recommendations to senior management and relevant departments. + Assist the partner compliance team to ensure smooth flow of the certification process + Establish and maintain a framework for tracking audit outcomes, corrective actions, and the status of improvement initiatives. + Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance transparency, sustainability, and ethical practices throughout the supply chain network. + Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the team, ensuring they stay up to date with new industry regulations, risks, and trends affecting global supply chains. **Education, Experience, and Certifications:** Bachelor's degree with minimum 7 years corporate level auditing and compliance experience and experience of working with and knowledge of auditing principles such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 19011, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 standards is essential. Professional certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) and/or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) are highly desirable.
