The IBP Supply Manager is responsible for establishing, reviewing and maintaining the master production schedule in alignment with the Sales, Inventory, and Operations consensus plan both for IBPA and SAP for a specific division assigned. Working together with demand planning, operations leaders, material planners, sourcing, production sites and others to coordinate manufacturing plans that support the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsible for scenario planning, provide a thorough analysis to balance demand and supply while optimizing inventory and minimizing the impact of demand volatility or suggest action plans to mitigate.
Create valuable connections with sales and marketing teams in order to have a stable schedule and satisfy customer demands helping ISC achieve their goals and strategic initiatives.
Create and maintain time fences by product to design supply chain per product or division.
Leading the ISC planning strategies for the manufacturing sites schedule.
Develop class A standard processes for long range planning exercises as well as Integrated Tactical planning to identify capacity gaps, achieve inventory targets and load 36 month plan into the planning tools for the division and region assigned.
Provide capacity line data and maintain data bases for capacity at the sites in order to work with IBP Data management team in order to keep systems updated.
Provides monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and defined capacity parameters. Provides monthly sales fulfillment projection to the division.
Actively tracks order progression to assure schedule attainment.
Supervises production control planners ensuring scheduling optimization and productivity of production lines.
Document, update and maintain standard processes and best practices in place..
Be the main connection for escalations and demand changes as well as establishing a link between Demand and ISC to translate customer requirements into ISC key inputs.
Analyze daily demand intelligence against forecasts and recommend proactive inventory and scheduling actions to address at the division level.
Prepare information per division and sites to input in monthly operations reviews for forecast with the Executive Leadership team.
Leverage Industry data and IBPA planning tool to generate both near and long term forecasts.
Load 24 month SAP demand plan for requirement planning and IBPA to match systems.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Degree in Business, Supply chain, Import-Export and Inventory management or Industrial Engineering (Master’s degree desirable)
5+ years experience in Demand Planning, Master Scheduling and production scheduling, Inventory management and analytics.
SAP knowledge is a must
Experience in leading projects, plant transfers and new product introduction.
Expertise leading a cross-functional SIOP process; proficiency in demand forecasting, capacity, supply, and inventory planning.
APICS certification desirable
Ability to clearly present build plans, create templates for high level executives and plant leadership.
Strategic thinking and decision making with strong analytical skills.
Solid understanding of supply chain planning systems,SAP, understanding of concepts of planning, inventory, production plans, supply and demand, Sales and Marketing, Inventory management and distribution centers.

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $94500 - $126600. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
