JR59094 Global Sustainability Operations Program Manager

As Program Manager of Global Sustainability Operations Team, you will be an integral member of the Global Facilities Innovation and Integration Group responsible for overseeing, planning, and reporting of all sustainability programs to meet Micron’s Sustainability goals. You will be part of the team to lead programs and sub programs to increase organizational effectiveness and developing the Sustainability execution plans (including Network coordination).

Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:

Support Sustainability Programs, Sustainability Cost and Capital Strategy, Roadmap and Execution

Define and develop the roadmap for long-term Sustainability strategy and respective CAPEX and OPEX projection.Close collaboration with Global EHS, Central Planning team, OCT, Global Facilities, Global Procurement, Grant, Legal, Sites and other relevant departments to drive alignment of sustainability cost structure.Oversee the Environmental Sustainability Capital Business Process, strategize and monitor investment effectiveness and project execution progress for the network.Oversee projects and their cost effectiveness, cost savings opportunity against sustainability benefits, performing benchmarking across network projects.Lead the Network effort across 4 environmental sustainability pillars and drive towards best in class  Lead the Network effort to implement, monitor and drive continuous cost savings opportunity to drive the success of Micron’s Sustainability programs in alignment with the long-term Sustainability strategy.Monitor, measure and report out the Sustainability and Cost Performance across network through regular report.

Setup Channels to Drive Strategic Communication and Collaboration

Build close communication among Environmental Sustainability leadership, stakeholders and team members.Act as a point of contact between leadership and program teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication or expectations and directions.Manage communication on critical projects and activities and be prepared to share status of any underperforming project or activity, along with actions required to resolve performance problemsActively engage with network program owners to share best-known practicesProvide regular and structured communication to all team membersEnsure team members are well-engaged and motivated to achieve corporate Environmental Sustainability objectivesMaintain a strong and open relationship with team members in other functional areas.

Deliver Program Support and Program Management

Establish structure and manage program dependencies, prioritize programs, track program milestone and deliverables.Ensure clarity in goals, clear sense of scopes and responsibilities ownership down to working levels.Identify potential roadblocks early and develop resolution plans.Facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders, and effectively manage meeting structure to ensure achievement of required outcomes.Manage key stakeholders and incorporate feedback for continual improvement of overall program management.Coordinate issues escalation from different stakeholders and drive resolution to meet operational objectives.

Education

Required:    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, sustainability, or corporate responsibility related field

Experience

At least 2 years’ experience in Capital project execution and OPEX managementAt least 2 years’ experience in Facilities Engineering and/or process environment.Experience in managing multiple projects and collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders and consultant.Eye for details with good problem solving skills  Strong interpersonal skill set, ensuring clear and sound communication effectively to network.Capable of compiling executive level reports and presentation materialsProficient with SAP, Ariba, Power Bii, Microsoft Office include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePointProgram and Project management experience.  

Travel:

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (10% at times)
