Wood is currently recruiting for a Global Talent  Sourcer to join our team in Bogota, Colombia, and will support a global team.  As a Global Talent Acquisition Sourcer, your primary responsibility is to identify and engage potential candidates who possess the desired qualifications for specific roles. By proactively searching for qualified individuals, you will help build talent pipelines for our current/ future hiring needs.   The Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent through LinkedIn and other candidate databases. This role involves conducting detailed research, building candidate pipelines, and supporting the recruitment team to ensure we attract and engage the best candidates.
