Global Talent Acquisition Transformation Director

**Role Overview:**
As the Global Talent Acquisition Transformation Director, you will play a pivotal role in our ongoing evolution, focusing on innovation and optimization across the entire TA value chain. You will partner with key stakeholders and leverage technology to enhance our talent acquisition practices, tools, and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Programmatic Review:** Lead a thorough review of our TA processes across various recruitment audiences globally, with a focus on enhancing effectiveness and efficiency.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement:** Conduct listening sessions with key stakeholders across Corporate, Reservations, and Hotel hiring to gather insights and feedback, transforming them into quantifiable and actionable recommendations.
+ **Diagnostic Analysis:** Perform a diagnostic review of the current TA operating model, analyzing data, metrics, and insights to inform future planning, and hiring processes.
+ **Consultancy Collaboration:** Partner with external consultancies to gather industry best practices and validate recommendations for TA enhancements.
+ **Recommendations:** Define a comprehensive set of recommendations for future state of TA including change plans, communication strategies, and timelines, ensuring they are signed off for deployment.
+ **Technology Assessment:** Evaluate current technology solutions used in TA to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancements.
+ **Collaboration with Technology Stakeholders:** Work with IHG Technology teams to define the ORC roadmap and establish future-proof requirements that improve functionality, usability, and adoption for our recruiters.
+ **Performance Culture Integration:** Identify key opportunities within our hiring processes to systematically align TA with IHG’s performance culture.
+ **Program Management:** Oversee critical global initiatives linked to in-year priorities and outcomes, ensuring effective program management and execution.
**What we need from you:**
+ Extensive experience of Global talent acquisition transformation including organizational development, change management, and program management.
+ Global talent acquisition experience across multiple geographies and sectors.
+ Strong understanding of the full TA value chain, with a focus on results and performance linked to investment and ROI.
+ Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to capture data and provide actionable insights.
+ A natural affinity for technology and innovation, with a desire to drive continuous improvement.
+ Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
+ A blended background of both in-house and agency experience is highly desirable.
