THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH:

Tech Customer Solutions Partner will ensure detailed analysis of demand, he/she will work together with Business Engagement Lead and Domain Proximity Lead to understand business case and rational behind the demand.

Coordinate Testing, change management , adoption on business processes and ultimately value creation of the Customer processes for the AME region.She/He will also support the local and legacy applications until their migration to the target Product landscape.She/He will collaborate with other domains Proximity Teams in the region to ensure consistency.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role involves collecting local insights and feedback on products, conducting change management activities, ensuring the secure deployment of global products in Affiliates, and facilitating the engagement of local Key User communities.

Capturing affiliates needs and specificities on a specific product domain: Conduct interviews and surveys with affiliates to understand their requirements within my specific product domain and arbitrate/challenge their claims and analyze affiliate data and feedback so tailored solutions that address their specific needs and align with the product's offerings can be considered by Product teams

Incident Management: Act as the liaison between the Business and the incident support team within the ME, provide functional skills to qualify incidents and orient them to the right capability teams

Performing roll-out and change management actions for global products of their domain scope: Gather insights and user feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience, prepare relevant change plan & activities and perform local change impact assessment and change activities to ease local adoption of global products, support test activities with end users and perform defined required roll-out activities

Value Realization: Collect & consolidate relevant metrics/insights to report on value delivered from Products at affiliate level

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MISMinimum 7 years of experience in IT especiallly in tech partner or business analytics at FMCG sector (Food/Beverage/Tobacco industry experience preferred)Tech-related skills in field force applications and platformsThird party / consultancy managementGood knowledge in the product domain scope, with a deep understanding of challenges in the product domain for their geographical scopeExcellent verbal and written skills in EnglishStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a multi-cultural global Tech environmentAble to travel when requiredGood analytical and conceptual skills
