\n\nProvide comprehensive global product support to our dealer/distributor network, ensuring alignment with our brand promise and delivering exceptional technical assistance.\nOffer timely technical solutions to dealership technicians, meeting service level targets and KPIs.\nCollaborate closely with other departments such as warranty and customer care to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.\nAdvise dealers on best practices, BRP policies, and operational guidelines to optimize service delivery and uphold brand standards.\nProactively coach partners and dealers on technical support issues, fostering strong relationships and promoting continuous improvement.\nIdentify communication gaps and address product-related challenges to drive future product enhancements and bolster our network’s reputation.\nMonitor and escalate emerging issues or trends promptly, contributing to ongoing improvements in our support services and representing your sector effectively.\n\n

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

\n\nPassionate about after-sales and support, with a relentless commitment to solving problems and enhancing service experiences.\nDedicated to delivering high-quality services and excelling in innovative problem-solving, especially in challenging situations.\nSkilled in connecting product knowledge with dealer support and customer satisfaction.\nProficient in troubleshooting and diagnostics, with a strong grasp of electrical and mechanical theory.\nThe ability to interpret and utilize electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, service manuals, electronic parts catalogues, engineering drawings, and bills of materials.\nExperience using CRM or ERP systems, and Google Suite or Microsoft Office.\nAt least 5 years of relevant technical experience in Powersports.\nA technical degree or equivalent experience in Powersports, automotive, marine, or small engine mechanics.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information and ideas.\nFluency in French and English required; proficiency in other languages would be a plus.\nThis position is eligible as remote within Canada with some travel required.\n\n
