Global Technology Transformation Program, Vice President

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to join our Technology Transformation Program team within Corporate Finance.  

As a Vice President within Global Technology Transformation, you will be responsible execution and day to day management of strategic technology transformation programs. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects that align with our business goals. You will be required to be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of technology trends and their impact on business processes. You will need to have a proven track record of managing large-scale technology projects, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Job responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with colleagues as peers and achieve goals without direct control over resources. Ensure the team has the necessary resources, skills, and support to achieve their goals. Facilitate effective communication and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency, in simple and easy to consume manner, tailored to target audience . Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technology transformation initiatives. Implement risk management frameworks to address potential challenges and issue.  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes. Address resistance to change and ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, distributed ledger, cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and software development. 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale technology transformation initiatives. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Strong ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical skills to assess project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. High proficiency with PowerPoint for executive level documents and Excel based model for program analytics. Proficiency in project management tools and software.  Experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies and tools.
