Are you ready to lead a team of global reward partners and make a significant impact on our organization? As the Global Total Reward Partner Team Lead, you will be accountable for defining the scope, responsibilities, and ways of working to ensure high-quality delivery and consistent results. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business, providing advice and guidance to align with global total reward policies, practices, and governance requirements. Your role will also involve embedding appropriate risk management approaches across business areas.
You will lead the implementation and embedding of all global total reward programs, support reward projects across the company, and ensure the continual development of leader and line manager total reward understanding and application, particularly in relation to equitable reward decisions.
Accountabilities• Manage, coach, and mentor the reward partner team to deliver excellent performance.
• Clearly define and communicate the scope of responsibilities and key deliverables for the reward partner team to align with organizational priorities.
• Establish and maintain robust ways of working, ensuring proper governance, consistency, and alignment across the team.
• Proactively identify workload imbalances or inefficiencies and adjust team responsibilities or resources as needed.
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members and regularly monitor progress.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, ensuring alignment on workload, priorities, and reward initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to prioritize reward initiatives in line with business needs and team capacity.
• Ensure all reward programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with documented policies and frameworks.
• Regularly review the effectiveness of reward-related processes and identify areas for improvement or streamlining.
• Provide leadership in resolving escalations or challenges that arise during program execution.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor the effectiveness and compliance of reward structures and processes.
• Provide insights on pay trends, pay equity, and workforce analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership to provide visibility into reward process outcomes and compliance.
• Proven experience in the deployment and management of reward, compensation, and recognition policies in a fast-paced, multinational organization.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead teams, including defining ways of working and optimizing delivery.
• Strong track record in managing annual pay cycles and incentive schemes.
• Experience in managing complex projects with defined scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• In-depth knowledge of market benchmarking tools and framework.
• Educated to Masters Level
• Experience in executing global processes locally and delivering significant reward and benefit changes in country
• Experience in working effectively in a global team
• Established networks within regional and local reward communities
• Experience of delivering value through AI as well as digitalisation of the reward experience
