This role will also support the EMEA Global Trade Compliance Manager in broker management and in customs process improvement. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Audit export-import entry package from customs brokers and other inputs to against a check list to ensure all required documents are accounted for. + Compare internal guidance given to the customs broker and compare to their submission. Document if there is anything missing or incorrect via an excel check sheet. + Support EMEA Global Trade Compliance Manager in operational broker management. + Active participation in monthly broker meetings. + Support to improve existing customs processes. It is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. **SKILLS, CAPABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE** Candidates must have the following experience or working knowledge: + At least 5 years of experience in Customs; brokerage experience is a plus. + Good written and verbal communication skills. + Logical thinking and analytical mindset. + Proficient User of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. + Good team player.
