The Global Vice President, Finance will be a key strategic leader responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across Numerator’s global operations. This individual will partner with senior leadership to enhance financial visibility, support decision-making, and ensure the company's financial health aligns with strategic goals. The VP Finance will lead a high-performing team and play a critical role in shaping Numerator’s financial future. What You'll Do: Lead global financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. Oversee global financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency. Optimize financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals across multiple regions. Collaborate with the CFO on capital allocation, investment strategies, and financial risk management. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and corporate governance best practices.
