Roles and Responsibilities:
Leads and drive culture changes with external customers and internal sales/service delivery teams to transform global services offerings/value from traditional break-fix excellence to a world class maintenance-based customer experience.Closely partners with XR Service Segment Leaders & XR Product Managers to ensure service growth features are prioritized in the NPI & IB Program execution. Owns the detailed business case for new Services Growth features.Collaborates with Global Services Commercial Operations team for XR Growth ProgramsProvides wing to wing leadership for the creation, development and commercial activation of customer facing service offerings to increase GE Healthcare service contract capture rate/market share, and enable accelerated growth in targeted region, customer segment or commercial channel.Enables the development of options & upgrades programs for mid-life upgrades and target high penetration through innovative GTM strategies.Collects and prioritizes new service introduction and improvement requirements from global product, digital, engineering, region customers and commercial teams based on customer value, industry trend, competitive landscape, growth dynamics, speed to market, technical roadmap and return of investment.Drives effective technology roadmaps and commercial activation strategies to maximize resource utilization and growth outcome by identifying region best practices, integrating various customer facing service products and offering for region, working with other global product leaders and region commercial/operation leaders, driving global data visibility, offering alignment with desired customer solution experience and lifecycle programs to drive long term retention and a successful replacement process.Drives effective value proposition creation and collaborates with regions & marketing in the Key Opinion Leader development per market and segment needs.Drives effective communication with global and region equipment/service commercial leadership teams.Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Stays informed of industry trends in XR Service that may inform Service strategy, programs direction, and product offerings.Uses high level judgment to make decisions and handles complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and can construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.Communicates difficult concepts and influence others' options on various topics. Guides other team members to consider a different point of view and to try new ideas.Acts as coach of equipment and service product managers in the implementation of offerings and in the targeting process forRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years’ progressive leadership experience in product development, product management, service delivery, service sales or related field.Strong leadership skills to influence cross functional and global teams, shape growth vision and Go to Market strategy, drive culture changes and process improvement.Strong interpersonal skills to work with customers and frontline sales/service delivery teamsDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead large programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.Proven experience with GE Healthcare service and commercial processes and working systems.Desired Characteristics:
