The General Manager of Service Program Startup and Implementation for USCAN service is a pivotal leadership role, critical to the successful launch and execution of our large comprehensive service agreements. This role will be accountable for establishing and maintaining a process too design, implement, and start up comprehensive service program operations. This role will be tasked with thinking holistically about the critical components of a comprehensive service program including Multi-Vendor and HTM. Additionally, this role will partner closely with our field service delivery teams. This partnership will ensure readiness of the field teams to start the programs as well as ensuring the first year meets and exceeds expectations. The GM will have a team of project managers to lead each of the program launches along with a team owning compliance, quality, and operations. A successful candidate will enable Precision Care, Growth Acceleration , and Business Optimization for GEHealthCare’s USCAN Service team.
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $200,000.00-$300,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
