(부평) The Role - **SDV SOFTWARE ENGINEER : Body Controls Calibration Specialist** Here at General Motors, we are looking for a hard-working person who enjoys taking on challenges and following through with robust solutions to join our Body Control Calibration team! BCM/ELM calibration engineers work with vehicles, software, and algorithms to design and release BCM/ELM calibrations to meet customer designs and performance requirements. They support the Lead Calibrator and Software Strategists, as well as stakeholders including the members of the vehicle platform, hardware, manufacturing plant and quality team. These are meaningful roles that ensures the integration to vehicles performs at world class levels to meet program objectives. This is a mid-level calibration position where the technical complexity, program scope, and program breadth combine to create a challenging role. A few cross-system interactions exist in this role, interpersonal interfaces are required, and programs have a global reach. The candidate has some experience motivating others, can manage multiple projects and deadlines, and has experience with several vehicle systems/component domains.
