GM Coordinator
Overview GM Coordinator Responsibilities Position is to lead location sales administrative tasks and accountabilities with dedicated areas of expertise to all Alaska Sites - Anchorage, Fairbanks and Soldotna. Provide administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner Mastering all positions within the sales support department and being flexible to complete daily assignments based on department needs Providing a welcoming environment for guests and team members Maintaining diligent communication between the driver and the coin room processor to ensure accurate review and reconciliation of daily driver end of day paperwork Actively listening to customer needs and providing basic, relevant, troubleshooting assistance related to reconciliation issues (in person or on the phone) Continuously communicating to appropriate persons related to driver errors, deposit issues or delivery issues Accurately balancing deposits in the coin room or to the daily work totals with diligent attention to detail Continually practicing high levels of logic and appropriate methods to solve complex deposit errors or delivery issues Maintaining the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, within several different software systems, while maintaining attention to detail Performing a comprehensive audit of pre-register reports for accuracy Flawlessly executing end of night settlement in the appropriate software solution Vigilantly updating the daily control sheet, researching out of balance issues, and communicating settlement issues to accounting/sales managers in a timely manner Continually maintaining daily paperwork for imagining/retention Efficiently, precisely & timely inputting data into the appropriate software solutions related to customer orders and service dispatch to meet and exceed all customer needs and expectations in a timely manner Providing exceptional backup support to the receptionist Possessing a positive entrepreneurial attitude, collaborating successfully with others when necessary, and maintaining a willingness to contribute to projects that support our company initiatives in a team-oriented environment Contributing to the team’s overall success by maintaining high levels of energy, urgency, and engagement while working individually with minimal supervision Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $49,500 - $79,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Strong excel skills preferred Must have advanced PowerPoint skills and be able to independently create high-quality presentations that include charts, graphs, other visuals, etc. Must have strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
