As the Precast Factory Head, you shall be responsible for:

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the precast factory to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for the factory. Manage the factory's financial performance, including monitoring costs, revenues, and profitability. Leading and managing all aspects of the precast factory operations to ensure seamless production and timely delivery of high-quality precast products. Implementing and maintaining best practices in plant operations, adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards. Developing and executing strategies to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and enhance overall efficiency. Overseeing the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure uninterrupted production and minimal downtime. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence. Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action Leading and mentoring a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting sustainable practices within the factory. B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing processes and best practices. Strong understanding of precast concrete production processes, quality control, and supply chain management. Familiarity with manufacturing of Precast Products like; Columns, Walls, Beams, Slabs, Footings, Staircases, Shell Roofs, Facades, Trenches, etc. Experience in implementing Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements. Strong understanding of quality control and assurance measures. Familiarity with environmental regulations related to manufacturing operations
