Ed Morse Automotive Group is currently looking for a GM Parts Manager to join our team and help deliver top-tier service by ensuring our parts operations run smoothly and efficiently!

Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management, purchasing, and stock levelsMaintain strong relationships with vendors, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate parts availabilityProvide outstanding customer service, assisting both internal technicians and external customers with their parts needsTrain, mentor, and manage a team of parts associates to deliver excellent service and supportAnalyze sales performance, manage costs, and implement strategies to meet sales and profitability goalsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and GM standards Qualifications 3+ years of experience in automotive parts management, preferably with General Motors (GM) partsStrong understanding of GM parts catalogs, systems, and inventory management processesProven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a teamExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with parts management software and dealership systems (i.e., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)A customer-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail
