Position Summary
This role is responsible for understanding, managing, and help improving business processes facility wide, ERP/MES system management, and KPI reporting.Role and Responsibilities
• Work with each department to help stabilize and improve processes.
• Support each department in troubleshooting GMES system errors.
• Analyze end user issues and generate reports of root cause
• System authorization control and System management & support
• In house Label and Equipment management on the shop floor
• Apply and Request new system to IT & HQ for Production.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management Information System, Engineering, or a related discipline. In lieu of a Bachelor's 4 years of experience managing KPIs and continus improvement processes.
2. Experience: 1-2 years in SCM, Production, Logistics, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
3. Skills: Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skillset, Previous experience with ERP systems (SAP Preferred), Strong verbal and digital communication skills
4. Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of material flow, Candidate with a thorough knowledge of manufacturing operations preferred.
5. Domestic role. There is direct interaction with HQ or region.
