Join our team in GMM @ Global Business Services: You will develop and deepen your people management skills, get exposure to many cultures, different customers, and work on diverse topics such as setting up the management systems of the department, contract and commercial topics, operational excellence, business process redesign, bundling and offshoring. As you and your team directly interact with the users of our services, you and your team are an integral part of our stakeholder relationship management. You ensure your team is well informed about all things GMM and vice versa. You proactively support GMM’s position as an attractive, diverse, inclusive and truly global place where your passionate and agile team members thrive in a psychologically safe working environment based on growth and continuous learning. You and your team members relish working together, sharing knowledge and best practices with our other teams around the globe. You and your team members are truly knowledgeable of the contracts we have with our customers, and the scope of our obligations in servicing them. Deviations are commercially assessed, communicated, and charged accordingly. You ensure with your team that all assignees and stakeholders are kept informed during all stages of the assignment of the status of all compliance and regulatory procedures, including tax filings, visa processing, registration requirements, as well as internal requirements, etc.
What you need to make real what matters.
You have a bachelor’s degree in any field and have more than 5 years of professional experience preferably with initial background in team and/or project management across diverse global teams, ideally within the area of Mobility Services. You have experience in the complex environment of a center-based Shared Services Organization as well as first successful accomplishments in the area of global project management in a volatile and constantly adapting environment.You are able to lead complex and complicated situations from a “big picture” stance.You are fluent in English; further language skills are a plus.
