Role Description:
The team is responsible for leading cross functional/large scale process reviews across global markets, implementing process improvements, influencing strategic change, educating the organization on available tools, and championing a culture of change.
Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities, define, and execute solutions to improve Global Markets Operations process gapsDrive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client basePartner with Line Operations and Technology to deliver strategic initiativesUtilize analytics to understand trends and opportunitiesLead discussions with teams, identifying performance patterns and opportunities for improvementDevelop and leverage mechanisms to assess operational efficiency and performanceMaximise industry tooling to empower teams, provide guidance and help teams achieve process efficienciesBe a culture carrier to inculcate an environment of continuous improvementDevelop partnerships across global market operationsWhat we are looking for:
Understanding of financial markets and end to end operational flows within global marketsExperience with Business Intelligence, Data visualization, RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and digital transformation is an advantage (i.e Alteryx, Tableau)Knowledge of process improvement tools and programs such as Lean Six SigmaUnderstanding of Machine Learning and AI ConceptsPrior experience of vendor/technology evaluation and selectionAbility to face off with senior operations and tech heads at a strategic level while understanding the detailProcess simplification, process design and operational excellence mindsetInterest in innovation, automation, and vendor toolingSelf-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalateAdditional Skills:
