**Job Title: GMP Cleaner** **Job Description** The GMP Cleaner is responsible for performing the day-to-day and periodic cleaning activities in assigned work areas. This role requires specific training to clean manufacturing areas and involves various tasks such as trash removal, dusting, spot cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, hard floor maintenance, carpet maintenance, pressure washing, recycling, and other general maintenance activities. **Responsibilities** + Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Perform daily and periodic cleaning tasks in assigned areas as directed. + Maintain a neat and orderly work area, including janitorial closets and storage areas. + Perform all cleaning assignments in accordance with approved procedures. + Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition and notify management if repair or replacement is necessary. + Maintain appropriate supply levels in assigned janitorial closets and storage areas. + Work safely at all times and promptly inform management about unsafe conditions in the work area. + Wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the task being performed. + Meet all customer and quality expectations in assigned tasks. + Adhere to proper security procedures. + Notify management about problems or opportunities that affect service to the customer. + Perform other cleaning-related duties as required. **Essential Skills** + Recent janitorial experience for at least one year. + Customer service experience as interaction with clients is required. + Ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to speak and read English is a plus and may be required by some customers. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive and team-oriented work environment that values safety and quality. The work environment is a clean room setting with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
